CONFIDENCE IN YOUR EVIDENCE

Bring us the mess. Proofidence organises it.

A problem at work, with a car, at home or with a purchase? Bring your messages, photos and documents together. Proofidence puts events in order, shows the evidence behind them, flags details to check and helps you make a pack to share.

When the proof is all over the place

Use Proofidence to organise a workplace issue, a car problem, home repairs, a purchase dispute, an insurance claim or a complaint to an ombudsman. Start with what happened in your own words; you do not need legal jargon.

How Proofidence works

  1. Tell us what happened. Your account becomes a starting point for the case.
  2. Add your evidence. Upload several files, including messages, PDFs, Word documents, photographs and screenshots.
  3. Check the story. Review suggested dates, find the source behind each event and see what may be missing or inconsistent.
  4. Share a clearer pack. Choose the evidence and download a summary, timeline, index and archive of original files.

What it helps you do

  • Follow events in date order with links back to the original evidence.
  • Search readable files, add notes and keep the originals intact.
  • Ask Proofidence questions and open the sources behind its answers.
  • Check suggested facts before they go into a case pack.

Proofidence organises information. It does not give legal advice or promise a particular outcome.
